The offer,
itemised.
The brief
Your business name, your town, what you do. Two minutes on a form. Or send your current website and we'll read it ourselves, prices, reviews and all.
£0.00The render
A finished website, not a mock-up. Copy written for your trade in plain English, a design built around your brand, checked line by line before you see it.
£0.00The preview
A private link lands in your inbox. The real site, not screenshots: open it on your phone, show people, sleep on it. Want changes? Say so and we render it again.
£0.00The keys
Keep it and it goes live: your domain, your content, everything handled monthly. Don't, and we delete it. No invoice either way until you say yes.
from £69/moSetup is from £495 and the care plan from £69 a month. See full pricing.
You direct.
It re-renders.
Tell us who you are
Business name, town, what you do. Two minutes. Got an old website? Send the link, we'll read it ourselves.
We render your site
Copy written for your trade and your town, a design that fits your brand, checked line by line before you see it.
Preview it from your inbox
A private link to the real thing, on your own screen. Restyle the colours and fonts yourself, poke every page, then tell us what to change and a fresh render replaces it.
Keep it, or don't
Yes means it goes live with hosting, security and edits handled. No means we delete it and part friends.
A full studio
behind the trick.
Websites
THE FLAGSHIPRendered before you pay, live in days, cared for monthly. Fast on a cheap phone, structured data on every page, copy that names your town and means it.
Web design
Pages with one job: making the phone ring. Layout, type and colour doing the selling before a single word gets read.
Development
Web apps, e-commerce, bookings, integrations. React, WordPress, whatever the job honestly needs. Built to be maintained, not just launched.
Copywriting
Words that sound like you and sell like they mean it. Plain English, no waffle, and none of the phrases every other website in your industry leans on.
SEO & GEO
Found on Google, quoted by AI assistants. Speed, schema and local signals shipped as standard on everything we build, then worked on deliberately where it pays.
Care plans
Hosting, backups, security, edits, and a monthly report showing visitors, calls and work done. The boring stuff, done religiously, by a person you can name.
What each of those means in practice, and what lands in every build, is on the services page.
Nobody should pay for a website they haven't seen. So we flipped the order: we build it, you look at it, and the invoice waits for the yes.
THE WHOLE BUSINESS MODEL, IN ONE SENTENCE
The small print,
enlarged.
You own your domain
Registered in your name from day one. Not ours, not "managed on your behalf". Yours, whatever happens between us.
You own your content
Every word, image and page belongs to you. We wrote it for you, which means it's yours.
Leave with everything
Cancel after the first year and we hand the whole site over in working order. No hostage websites, no exit fees.
A human answers
Call, email or WhatsApp and you get the person who built your site. Not a ticket number, not a queue.
Fair questions.
What exactly is ByRender?
ByRender is a UK web studio that builds websites for local service businesses: trades, salons, clinics, cafes and independent shops. You fill in a short form with your business name, your town and what you do, or point us at your old website. We render a finished site, copy, design and all, and email you a private link to preview it, usually within two working days. Ask for changes and we re-render it until it's right. Keep it and setup is from £495, with hosting, security, backups and edits from £69 a month. Don't, and we delete it and you owe nothing.
What's the catch with the free preview?
There isn't one. We've spent a long time building tools that make rendering a site quick for us, so the cost of a no is small. If you don't want it, it gets deleted. Some people say no. Enough say yes that the maths works.
Do I actually own the site?
Domain, design, words, photos: yours. It's written into the agreement, not implied. See the enlarged small print above, that section exists because we mean it.
I've already got a website.
Even better. Send us the link and we'll build the upgrade next to it. Looking at the two side by side usually settles the argument, and either answer is fine.
Why is it monthly?
Because a website isn't a purchase, it's a thing that needs hosting, security, backups, edits and someone to call when something's odd. The monthly covers all of it, and the report each month shows what the site actually did for you.
How fast is "days"?
A first preview usually lands within two working days. Bigger builds with custom features take as long as they honestly take, and we'll give you that number before we start, not after.

A dodgy SEO and a good one can quote almost the same monthly figure. What Google's own guidance says actually separates them: the questions worth asking before you pay, and the red flags it names outright.

is my website secure? what to check
Most owners find out their site wasn't secure enough after something's already gone wrong. What the NCSC actually recommends for the password, the 2-step verification and the backup that matter most, none of which depend on how the site itself was built.
